Support group associations that help us prepare our information

As well as answering medical questions, our website aims to

  • supply information on health care and support,
  • answer questions about how to deal with a specific illness, and
  • provide emotional support for our readers as best we can.

To do this, the research we do before writing an article includes speaking with representatives of support group associations that focus on the particular topic. We usually contact them through the German Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) patient representative group.
